Tests
Tensions happening the operations have to
be lower than yielding tensions. Hydraulic and burst
tests, have the aim to check that.
To have maximum reliability on buying of base materials for
every working, Giorgi performs controls and testing
through severe procedures, collected in a manual of
guarantee of the quality.
The hydraulic pressure is performed to 1,5 times the
working pressure.
Where necessary we make tests on presence of Boards
like RINA, LLOYD’S REGISTER, ISPESL, ABS.
These tests are made as follows:

BASE MATERIALS:
bellows, pipe ends, fittings

WELDING:
cylinder, bellows, bellows/pipe ends, tie-rods.

life, wear.
