The Giorgi
Srl produces, from 1971, flexible tubes in the diameters of normal
consumption, that is from DN 6 to DN 300. In the course of the years we
have acquired remarkable experience in the planning and realization of
these members, therefore we have decided to write up this catalogue, of
easy consultation, all ours standard tubes type "GIFLEX".

They are suitable for
flowing water, air, chemical, oil products, abrasive, etc.
The flexible tubes in rubber are supplied either in coils or in
fragments joined together .
The connections are those commonly used in the field of the system
manufacturer and their assembly can be made by rings or pressed type.
They come subdivided in two categories: flexible tubes for low
pressures and high pressure (tubes SAE 100). They can be supplied with
external interlaced net in galvanized steel, inox, textile fiber.

They are suitable for
flowing chemical products highly corrosive and alimentary substances up
to the temperature of 240°C Max.
They can be with smooth or wrinkled inside and are externally covered
with reinforcing interlaced net in stainless steel AISI 304
It is possible to have, in the case of the smooth tubes, a type of
"conductible" tube particularly adapted for employs onerous or in
presence of thermal shock. |
